Now I am worried.
Ken just texted me this morning that Dax woke up saying he
had to throw up. He didn’t, but did go poo. He then broke down sobbing because
he said he couldn’t see. He said it was all black. It passed in a few minutes,
but still, very scary shit. I wonder if he had kind of a migraine since the
symptoms sound reasonable. He also could have still been mostly asleep. It
doesn’t help that he gets rather dramatic when he is hurt or sick. Either way,
I am in a bit of a tizzy this morning.
Dax was fine yesterday when we went in search of a school
costume for Bobby. We managed to find a farmer looking shirt and hat along with
a basket with fake oranges. It all kind of came together rather easily. His “expert
card” is on farming and crops, one of which was oranges. His costume and props
are really pretty perfect, and I got all of them at Savers and Goodwill so
spent less than $20. Yay!
Bobby also picked up a whip. Apparently Miss Van Wie always
says she will whip the kids into shape so Bobby thought she needed a whip for
this. I wish I could see her reaction. Luckily I can ask her about it tomorrow.
I am hoping today goes by quickly. I need to go by Sally’s
on my way home to get my hair color. Then I need to do a house touch up. I am
thankful for my long weekend even though it will most likely be chaotic. Of
course, I don’t know how to have one of those non-chaotic weekends.
