bathroom

4-5-12

To leave or not to leave, that is the question. If I go home, I can help out in the garage. Ken and the boys have made tremendous progress in there, and he needs my help on some items. Plus, I need to go by the AYSO bank to get some balances along with getting some items together for the board meeting tonight. So at this point, I am thinking I want to head out before the boss gets in.

I got the bathroom in better shape. The shelves behind the door had become this horrific tangled mess of hair color products, medical supplies and various bathroom items tossed haphazardly there. I removed everything and set forth a plan to organize the items into their own bins.

What took me the most amount of time was actually all of my sparklies. Holy fuck I have a lot of jewelry. Ken gave me a good organizing bin that allowed me to spread out just about all of what I have. I was able to get rid of several boxes and condense it all into less space, and more importantly, more organized space. Yay!

We were going to ride up to the Walmart, but I seem to have agitated my knees. I had recently upped my squats from 20 at a time to 30, thinking I would be ok. Apparently my knees do not agree with me. I did my routine yesterday, and by the time I got home, my knees were screaming at me. They had been sore since I added the extra squats last week, but I honestly just assumed it was just the increased bike riding since it was a newer activity on my body. I will need to reduce my squats down to 20 again for a while so I don’t break myself.

I figure since I am leaving early, I won’t get my gym workout, but I will be moving around a bit in the garage. Plus, Ken and I will ride our bikes to the board meeting tonight so this way I don’t feel guilty about missing any workouts.

So far, the garage has not produced too much stuff for me to go through. I do have a box of ducks on my desk to go through. They will need to be repacked with another box of ducks and things I have in one of our closets so that they can be stored properly.

I got sucked into the recently released census. I am cross eyed now.
