Too busy!!!
Ok, I have a small window right now since I am in between
setting up accounts and waiting for approvals on others to be set up. I figured
I should make a point of writing something, specifically because I wanted to
finally share Dax’s original X-Ray.
Hopefully come Monday they will let us have a copy of the
new images so we can use them for comparison. I gotta say, I had not looked at
this until truly this morning. I still get much too teary to function if I
really stop and think about his arm. Even typing this is getting me choked up.
I am pleased that he seems to be physically speaking, pain
free. I am starting to really become
concerned about his emotional healing, but I am glad that he seems to be
managing ok, using milestones like Monday to keep him motivated. What he doesn’t
know is we have surprised him with getting season opener tickets to the Galaxy
game Sunday night. Bobby didn’t want to go, so Ken is taking him, which means
Bobby also gets to have some down time. I figure we will tell Dax Sunday.
Sigh, it just got busy again!
